Terms and Conditions

By using Drift Algo ("the Bot", "the Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Nature of the Service

Drift Algo is an automated cryptocurrency trading tool that operates through Telegram. The Bot discovers tokens, executes trades, and manages positions on decentralized exchanges (DEXs) based on your configured strategy.

The Bot is a tool, not a financial advisor. It does not provide investment advice, financial recommendations, or guarantees of any kind.

2. Eligibility

By using the Service, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited
• You understand the risks of cryptocurrency trading and decentralized finance
• You are not using the Service for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any illegal activity

3. Wallet and Private Keys

3.1 Wallet Creation

The Bot generates a cryptocurrency wallet for you during onboarding. Alternatively, you may import an existing wallet by providing your private key.

3.2 Private Key Ownership

Your private key is your sole responsibility. The Bot encrypts your private key at rest, but you can export it at any time through the Wallet menu. Once exported, you have full, unrestricted access to the wallet outside of the Bot.

3.3 No Custody

Drift Algo is not a custodian of your funds. We do not hold, manage, or control your assets. Your wallet exists on the blockchain and is accessible with the private key. We cannot:

• Freeze, seize, or restrict access to your funds
• Recover lost or stolen funds
• Reverse or cancel blockchain transactions
• Access your wallet if you lose your private key

3.4 Private Key Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your private key safe. If your private key is compromised, lost, or shared with others, any resulting loss of funds is entirely your responsibility. We strongly recommend:

• Never sharing your private key with anyone
• Storing exported keys in a secure location
• Not screenshotting or saving keys in plain text

DANGER

If someone gains access to your private key, they have full control of your funds. Drift Algo cannot help recover stolen funds.

4. Trading Risks

4.1 No Guarantee of Profit

Cryptocurrency trading is inherently risky. The Bot does not guarantee profits. You may lose some or all of the funds you trade with. Past performance does not indicate future results.

4.2 Market Risks

You acknowledge the following risks:

• Volatility: Cryptocurrency prices can change rapidly and unpredictably
• Liquidity risk: Some tokens may become illiquid, making it difficult or impossible to sell
• Smart contract risk: Tokens or DEX contracts may contain bugs, exploits, or malicious code
• Rug pulls and scams: Despite the Bot's security checks, some fraudulent tokens may pass initial screening
• Slippage: Executed prices may differ from expected prices, especially in volatile markets
• Gas fee fluctuations: Network fees can increase significantly during periods of congestion
• Impermanent loss: Market conditions may cause losses unrelated to the Bot's actions

4.3 Security Checks Are Not Guarantees

The Bot runs automated security evaluations on tokens, including contract verification, honeypot detection, tax simulation, LP lock checks, and holder analysis. These checks reduce risk but do not eliminate it. No automated system can detect all scams or predict all market failures.

4.4 Token Tax and Fee Changes

Token contracts may change their buy/sell taxes or fee structures after the Bot's initial evaluation. The Bot is not responsible for losses caused by tokens that change their contract behavior after being approved.

5. Service Availability

5.1 No Uptime Guarantee

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee:

• Continuous, uninterrupted access to the Bot
• That the Bot will execute trades at any specific time or price
• That Telegram, blockchain networks, or DEXs will be available at all times

5.2 Maintenance and Downtime

We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the Bot at any time, with or without notice. During such periods, trading may be paused or unavailable.

5.3 Third-Party Dependencies

The Bot relies on third-party services including but not limited to:

• Telegram messaging platform
• Blockchain RPC providers
• Decentralized exchanges (PancakeSwap, Uniswap)
• Token security data providers
• Price data aggregators

We are not responsible for outages, errors, or changes to these third-party services.

6. Fees

6.1 Trading Fees

The Bot charges a 0.5% fee on executed trades. This fee is deducted automatically from each trade. The fee rate may be updated from time to time.

6.2 Network Fees

All blockchain transactions require gas fees. These fees are paid directly to the network and are not collected by Drift Algo. Gas fees are deducted from your wallet balance.

6.3 Fee Changes

We reserve the right to change fee structures with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Drift Algo, its developers, operators, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service
• This includes but is not limited to: loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, trading losses, missed trading opportunities, or damages resulting from unauthorized access to your wallet
• Our total liability to you, regardless of the cause, shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to the Service in the 30 days preceding the claim

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Drift Algo, its developers, operators, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Any dispute between you and a third party related to your use of the Service

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to manipulate markets or engage in wash trading
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Bot
• Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors in the Bot for personal gain
• Use the Bot to circumvent sanctions or regulations
• Create multiple accounts to bypass system limits
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

10. Privacy and Data

10.1 Data Collection

The Bot collects and stores:

• Your Telegram user ID and username
• Wallet addresses and transaction history
• Trading configuration and preferences
• Encrypted private keys

10.2 Data Use

Your data is used solely for operating the Service. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

10.3 Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure. You acknowledge that data transmission over the internet carries inherent risks.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Bot.

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may stop using the Service at any time. Export your private key and withdraw your funds before discontinuing use.

12.2 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. This includes but is not limited to violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• You remain responsible for any open positions
• You can still access your funds using your exported private key
• Your configuration data may be deleted after a reasonable period

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
